Trouble signing up for a free account?
This could be due to several issues
1 - Your trial account has expired
Trial acounts are limited to a few days, or a few videos. I fyou have exceeded your video views or time period, you can easily upgrade FOR FREE. Here is how to upgrade:

Only one email address is allowed per user. If you signed up in the past and need to reset your account, try the following to reset your account:

1) Search your email archives for an email from us with the subject line "Welcome to BootyTube247.com" - That email should contain your username and password when you first signed up.
If that does NOT work, then do this to reset your account:

1) Send an email to: reset @ BootyTube247.com
2) You MUST include the words "YES, RESET MY ACCOUNT" if you would like us to delete the old one so you can sign up for a new one.3) If you know your username, put it in the email as well.
Uploaded videos don't show up?
Be sure that you are uploading the proper formated video file. FLV files are the best. You can convert your videos to FLV for free at http://www.mediaconverter.org
Once they are flv files, try to upload them to BootyTube247. If you still have trouble, shoot us an mail!
Can see videos or videos won't play?
Make sure you have the latest version of the free flash player on your computer. To download it now go to: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
If this does not work, try clearing your browers cache. To find out how, visit
http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser%27s-Cache
Video Stops after a few seconds:
This may happen from time to time due to web caching. Just close your browser and then return to bootyTube247 - this normally solves the issue. if not, send us an email.
